1/4 cornstarch
you can add some food coloring if you want. Beware, though, because I read that it can stain the cement a little. So don't use very much.

Sidewalk Chalk Paint
Another big thank you to Pinterest.com where I found this! Brandon had a much easier time painting on the cement than using chalk.

awesome! I've wanted to make this too but didn't know if it would show up very well. but it looks great!
